Tales from Sverige Part 4. Other eye candy from the Army Museum

Inevitably I had to navigate through other halls to get out of the Museum. I found the late 18th century and 19th century halls full of beautiful exhibits too.

Here are some examples:

Enemies of Napoleon

The wonderful vignette of Swedish Napoleonic artillery running back a gun in the 1813 campaign is really an impressive exhibit.

The 'Old Enemy' features in the Napoleonic gallery too but this time they were allies. Russian Jaeger look wonderful in the vignette setting.

Interestingly the Jaeger are in an infantry uniform

 I liked this figure which I think is from the late 1840s. It was standing by an impressive camp scene with a bell tent.
